Through national industry leadership across commercial marine and tourism, he has built deep relationships and a working understanding of operators, regulators, and market conditions right across Australia. He has secured major government infrastructure licences and ferry contracts, led acquisitions, and guided large, complex teams through significant growth and transformation. His operational depth spans vessel management, food and beverage, safety management systems, and multi-site tourism — giving him a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to run a maritime business well. A long-standing background in IT, combined with a practical application of AI and technology to drive efficiency and commercial outcomes, gives Nick a genuine edge in helping operators work smarter and perform better.
